The 13th Annual Starlight Jazz Serenade Fundraiser – March 1, 2013

For twelve years, Hands for Hope has been blessed to have the top smooth jazz artists perform for us at the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences in the No Ho Music & Arts District. In March of 2013, we will once again host the best kept secret concert which includes at least four stellar smooth jazz performances, a delicious VIP reception, a silent auction with instruments autographed by the artists and we may even add a surprise performance by the Hands for Hope band. Don’t miss the 13th Annual Starlight Jazz Serenade!

The Starlight Jazz Serenade is an annual fundraiser for the non-profit 501c(3) Hands for Hope (H4H ). This highly anticipated event is one of the reasons why H4H has been able to help underprivileged children and single parents receive the kind of loving support that it takes to raise and nurture the hopes, dreams and abilities of a child through FREE after school programs and single parent support groups and events.

When our kids walk into the doors of H4H, we help them with homework, build their self-esteem with activities in the Arts (music lessons, dance, painting, photography etc.), provide them with a healthy snack, and even teach them how to effectively manage money. Our program is unique because it’s geared toward assisting single parents with children aged 8-21 where after school programs are scarce. H4H provides an alternative for our future leaders and resources for their parents.
